Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer Executive to plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, understands full-funnel performance marketing, and can continuously optimize campaigns to achieve target ROAS, CPA, and growth goals. This role leads paid growth initiatives and mentors junior team members.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
· Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across:
o Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
o Google Ads
o ShareChat and other relevant platforms
· Manage full-funnel campaigns:
o Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retargeting
· Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CAC
· Own and optimize the complete performance funnel—from ads to landing pages to final conversions
· Guide and review work of Performance Marketer Executives
Data Analysis & Optimization
· Track and monitor key KPIs: CPC, CPA, CPM, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate
· Analyze campaign, funnel, and cohort performance
· Build daily/weekly performance reports and dashboards
· Provide actionable insights using current and historical data
· Identify growth opportunities through performance trends
· Maintain a test-and-learn mindset to improve paid media efficiency
Budget & ROI Management
· Own and manage campaign budgets across platforms
· Allocate budgets strategically to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency
· Optimize bidding strategies to meet performance targets
A/B Testing & Experimentation
· Conduct continuous A/B testing on:
o Ad creatives
o Ad copies
o Audiences
o Landing pages
· Scale high-performing tests and iterate quickly on underperforming ones
Collaboration & Execution
· Work closely with content, creative, and marketing teams to align messaging and visuals
· Ensure ad creatives align with brand tone and performance goals
· Collaborate on SEO & SEM strategies with the digital marketing team
· Act as an AI-driven marketing solutions partner, identifying and implementing tools and strategies to improve performance
E-commerce & Growth Marketing
· Strategize and grow e-commerce sales across:
o Shopify
o Websites
· Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for conversion-driven growth
· Track performance using:
o Google Analytics (GA4)
o Meta Ads Manager
o Other analytics and attribution platforms
Required Skills
· Performance Marketing & Paid Media Advertising
· Meta Ads (Conversions & Sales focused)
· Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube – Conversion focused)
· Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
· Paid Campaign & Funnel Management
· Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
· Experience with WordPress, ClickFunnels, and other page builders
· Ability to set up and verify Meta Pixel & Google Ads conversion tracking
· Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
Qualifications & Experience
· Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
· Experience using GA4 and attribution tools (AppsFlyer / Branch preferred)
· Ability to perform:
o Funnel analysis
o Cohort tracking
· Willingness to learn, unlearn, and adapt quickly
