Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimise high-budget digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media strategy, campaign optimisation, conversion rate improvement, audience targeting, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives.
The candidate should possess hands-on expertise in managing large-scale performance campaigns, analysing marketing data, improving ROI, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business growth objectives.
Experience with past retail clients preferred.
Mandatory Requirements- Minimum 3+ years of Performance Marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget advertising campaigns.
- Experience optimising campaigns for leads, sales, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer acquisition, remarketing, and conversion funnels.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead and mentor performance marketing teams.
