About Us
We are a rapidly expanding company specializing in luxury decorative lighting and furniture. We are looking for a PPC Manager who can efficiently handle production planning, coordination, and execution to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure timely order execution
- Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and updates of Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth workflow
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to planned timelines
- Track order progress and proactively follow up to resolve delays or bottlenecks
- Ensure availability of materials and resources as per production requirements
- Maintain production records, inventory tracking, and related documentation
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and production SOPs
- Prepare and share regular updates along with basic MIS reports for management
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Production Planning or Manufacturing Coordination
- Good understanding of production planning, BOM (Bill of Materials), and manufacturing processes
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic production tracking tools
