Role Overview
We are looking for a PPC Executive (Production Planning & Control) to manage production planning, scheduling, and coordination with procurement, warehouse, and production teams. The role will ensure efficient manufacturing operations, timely production, and optimal inventory management for our battery products.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities based on demand and orders.
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components.
Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to planned schedules.
Maintain proper production records, reports, and documentation.
Track work-in-progress (WIP) and ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.
Optimize production capacity and resource utilization.
Coordinate with quality control and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
Identify bottlenecks in the production process and suggest improvements.
Prepare production MIS reports for management review.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Production Planning & Control processes.
Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Production / Operations / Supply Chain / B.Com.
Experience in manufacturing or battery industry preferred.
Preferred
Experience in battery, automotive, EV, or electronics manufacturing.
Knowledge of production forecasting and demand planning.
