Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (LinkedIn Ads Specialist – Agency Experience Mandatory)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a digital marketing agency and should be able to independently plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn performance campaigns for B2B and lead generation-focused clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns for multiple clients.
Develop and manage B2B lead generation funnels through LinkedIn Ads.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to improve campaign efficiency.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance scaling.
Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
Stay updated with LinkedIn Ads updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Mandatory: Minimum 1–3+ years of experience in LinkedIn Ads management.
Prior agency experience is compulsory.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Good understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation funnels.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting.
Experience in PPC, paid social, and performance marketing campaigns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.
Strong communication and client management skills.
