Job Summary
We are looking for a PPC (Production Planning & Control) Executive to support production planning, scheduling, and coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production flow, capacity planning, and ensuring timely execution of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Monitor production activities against the production plan.
- Perform line balancing and capacity planning for smooth production flow.
- Understand routing, process flow, and production operations.
- Monitor cycle time, takt time, and OEE performance.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and quality teams for timely execution.
- Ensure proper follow-up for material availability and production status.
- Maintain production reports and planning records.
- Support continuous improvement in production planning and control activities.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and delivery schedules.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Understanding of routing, process flow, cycle time, takt time, and OEE.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Team coordination and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
