Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and optimization techniques to drive growth and achieve measurable results for our clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve client goals.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge and competitive.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing and optimising PPC, display, social media, and retargeting campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
