What Are We Looking For
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Ads Associate who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, performance-focused, and excited to scale digital growth for a fast-growing travel brand.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including strategy, budgeting, creatives, implementation, and monitoring
● Optimize campaigns to improve sales, lead generation, and user engagement
● Implement A/B testing, remarketing strategies, and custom audience targeting
● Monitor performance using Meta, Google Ads, and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement
● Write compelling ad copies and collaborate closely with the creative team
● Track performance, generate reports, and share actionable insights with accurate attribution
● Identify and experiment with new growth opportunities and performance marketing optimizations
What Makes You a Great Fit
● Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
● Strong understanding of online advertising and lead generation
● Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
