Overview
We are hiring a PPC Account Manager (Part-time, Remote) to manage and grow paid search programs while serving as the primary point of contact for client-side performance communication. This role is best suited for a senior PPC professional who can balance hands-on optimization with structured account management—delivering clear results, clean reporting, and confident stakeholder communication.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForClient & Stakeholder Management
- Own day-to-day client communication: updates, next steps, and performance narratives.
- Lead recurring check-ins (weekly/bi-weekly) and monthly performance reviews.
- Set expectations, translate goals into actionable plans, and proactively flag risks/opportunities.
PPC Strategy & Execution
- Build and optimize Google Ads accounts (Search, Shopping/PMax when relevant, remarketing, YouTube/Display as appropriate).
- Develop testing plans for keywords, ad copy, bidding, audiences, and landing page alignment.
- Maintain strong account hygiene: structure, naming conventions, QA, and documentation.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and improve core metrics (CPL/CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, impression share, efficiency).
- Create concise reports and insights—not just data—supported by clear recommendations.
- Coordinate tracking needs (UTMs, conversion actions, GA4 basics) and ensure measurement integrity.
Collaboration
- Work with creative/content teams to brief ad copy and creative needs based on performance insights.
- Partner with sales/RevOps or client teams to improve lead quality and downstream conversion where applicable.
Requirements (Senior-Level)
- Multiple years of hands-on PPC experience, with a proven track record of results.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (account structure, bidding strategies, keyword management, ad testing, optimization).
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and communicating performance clearly and professionally.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment with strong organization and accountability.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting (spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance summaries).
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B lead generation and longer sales cycles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising (Bing) and/or paid social retargeting.
- Experience improving conversion rates via landing page feedback and A/B testing.
- Experience working in an agency environment with multiple client accounts.
