The PX Operations team is responsible for performing a broad range of Talent Operations functions, including HRIS management, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, employee records maintenance, off-boarding and administering HR policies and procedures. The team interfaces with several different functional groups across the organization, as well as third-party payroll and benefits providers. Your day-to-day job will consist of: Manage end to end employee life cycle including Confirmation Process Employee Grievance Handling Employee Relations Employee Separation HR Process Improvement Automation Vendor Management Employee Database/ Personal file Maintenance New Hire Orientation Background check Exit Management Data Analysis & Reporting (Optional)
