Job Title: PowerPoint Specialist (0–1 Year Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PowerPoint Professional with 0–1 year of experience in MS Office, particularly advanced PowerPoint presentation development. The candidate should be capable of independently handling projects from concept to final delivery while ensuring high-quality visual and content standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, format, and enhance professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Independently manage end-to-end presentation projects, including understanding requirements, conceptualizing layouts, and final execution.
- Create visually compelling slides using advanced PowerPoint features (Slide Master, templates, animations, infographics, charts, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and visual identity across presentations.
- Convert raw content (Word, Excel, PDFs, handwritten notes) into structured, polished presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to quality standards and turnaround timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–1 years of professional experience in MS Office, with strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience handling PowerPoint projects independently (portfolio preferred).
Strong knowledge of:
- Slide Master and template creation
- Charts, graphs, SmartArt, and infographics
- Formatting and layout design principles
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in corporate presentation teams, consulting firms, or design support teams.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Experience handling client-facing presentation projects.
