A fast-growing player in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Business Applications, delivering low-code automation and business-process modernization across industries in India. We design, implement and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions that improve operational efficiency, enable citizen development and surface actionable analytics. This is an on-site developer role focused on hands-on delivery of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy Microsoft Power Apps solutions (canvas and model-driven) integrated with Dataverse and external systems.
- Build, test and maintain Power Automate flows and integrations (including Azure Logic Apps where needed) to automate business processes and system-to-system communication.
- Create Power BI datasets, reports and dashboards to translate data into operational and executive insights.
- Implement ALM and DevOps best practices: solution packaging, source control, CI/CD pipelines and environment deployment.
- Develop custom components and client-side extensions using PowerApps Component Framework, JavaScript/TypeScript and REST APIs to meet complex UX and integration needs.
- Partner with business analysts, architects and QA to capture requirements, support UAT, document solutions and resolve production incidents on-site.

Additional Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments; strong understanding of lifecycle management and governance.
- Familiarity with REST API integration patterns, SQL Server or Azure SQL, and source control/CI-CD tools (Azure DevOps or Git).
- On-site position based in India; availability to work with cross-functional teams and participate in stakeholder workshops.
