We Don’t Sell. We Solve.

Our headquarters is minutes from world-class skiing, but the real draw is our trajectory. After years of bootstrapped growth, we recently closed a major Series A funding round led by Aries Capital Partners and Swell Collective. More information can be can be found here about how we disrupt the industry and how our investors share our vision.

This is strategic backing from people who know how to scale market-defining companies. We believe the people building the company should own it. That’s why our employees are stakeholders.

Logistics is a critical part of that trajectory. Every shipment plays a role in protecting trust, reducing downtime, and ensuring providers receive the right equipment, on time, and fully compliant.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and manage shipping logistics for medical aesthetic devices, consumables, and accessories—both domestic and international

  • Track, trace, and troubleshoot shipments with a proactive mindset, especially high-priority or time-sensitive orders

  • Interface daily with our sales team, fulfillment partners, and customers to ensure seamless communication and delivery execution

  • Maintain accuracy in shipment records, inventory tracking, and product flow

  • Ensure shipping and documentation is compliant with FDA, customs, and carrier regulations

  • Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities in freight and fulfillment operations

  • Support logistics process improvements as the company scales—build playbooks, optimize workflows, and document procedures

  • Expect to work long hours when needed to hit critical timelines, manage launches, and handle urgent issues

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of logistics experience with a focus on transportation management and import/export processing of medical device products

  • Extensive knowledge, experience and detailed understanding of FDA regulations

  • Previous experience in a startup or early-stage company is preferred —you know how to adapt, grind, and thrive in ambiguity

  • Proficiency with inventory and order management systems and Salesforce (for customer/sales coordination)

  • Excellent communication skills—you’re clear, responsive, and professional under pressure

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and remain detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mentality

  • Familiarity with 3PLs, international shipping, customs docs, and freight partners (FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight forwarders, etc.)

Bonus Points:

  • Experience coordinating trade show or sales rep demo shipments

  • Knowledge of FDA compliance or regulated shipping environments

  • Passion for the aesthetics industry and/or tech-forward medical devices
