Job Title: Power BI Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Power BI Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building and managing interactive dashboards and data models. The role requires strong DAX skills, a solid understanding of data transformation using Power Query, and the ability to work with crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable reports. You will be responsible for creating reporting solutions that support operational, strategic, and leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards using multiple data sources.

• Build efficient data models, write complex DAX measures, and apply best practices in report performance.

• Use Power Query (M) to transform and prepare data within Power BI Desktop.

• Work with teams across functions (IT, Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) to understand reporting needs and deliver dashboards accordingly.

• Manage Power BI workspace content, refresh schedules, and access roles using Row-Level Security (RLS).

• Document data models, logic, and report usage clearly for end users.

• Optimize and maintain existing dashboards and troubleshoot any issues related to data or performance.

• Ensure report alignment with business KPIs and drive adoption of self-service analytics.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in Power BI dashboard development and report publishing.

• Strong command over DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling techniques.

• Good SQL querying skills and understanding of relational databases.
