Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PowerApps Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-scale solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, development governance, integrations, automation strategy, and technical leadership across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies.
The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Power Platform development, administration, security, integrations, and enterprise solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead end-to-end Power Platform solution design and implementation
- Define technical architecture and best practices
- Review and approve solution designs and code standards
- Provide technical guidance to developers and support teams
- Conduct architecture and security reviews
- Drive governance and platform optimization initiatives
Power Platform Development
- Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
- Design and manage Dataverse environments and tables
- Build enterprise workflows using Power Automate
- Implement approval workflows and automation processes
- Develop reusable components and custom connectors
- Configure role-based security and environment governance
Integration & Automation
- Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 and third-party systems
- Develop API integrations with REST/SOAP services
- Work with:

- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Intune
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Teams
- Support RPA and unattended automation scenarios
- Configure secure authentication and API access
Governance & Security
- Implement Power Platform governance policies
- Manage DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies
- Configure environment strategies (DEV/UAT/PROD)
- Monitor platform usage and licensing
- Implement RBAC and least-privilege access
- Support audit, compliance, and security requirements
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Participate in requirement gathering workshops
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and business teams
- Provide effort estimation and technical planning
- Mentor junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Hands-on expertise in Power Apps Canvas & Model-Driven Apps
- Strong Power Automate cloud flow experience
- Experience with Dataverse architecture and administration
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and integrations
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and Power Fx
- Experience with Azure services and authentication methods
- Understanding of CI/CD and ALM for Power Platform
Security & Governance
- RBAC and environment management
- DLP policy management
- Service principals and application registrations
- PIM/PAM concepts
- MFA and Conditional Access understanding
Preferred Experience
- ITSM or enterprise workflow automation experience
- RPA integration experience
- Intune or endpoint management integration exposure
- Experience in enterprise support environments
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 6–10+ years of overall IT experience
- 4+ years of Power Platform experience
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
