We are on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Power Platform Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on building intuitive and efficient Power Apps solutions. This role requires the ability to translate high-level business requirements into user-friendly functionality while optimizing overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps.
- Build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX and usability.
- Automate workflows and approval processes using Power Automate.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with systems such as SharePoint, Azure, APIs, and other data sources.
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications for performance and usability.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation for deployed solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of Power Fx, Dataverse, SharePoint, and workflow automation.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft services such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and data modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
- Strong front-end Power Apps development and UI/UX design skills.
- Ability to translate loosely defined business processes into effective functionality.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents.
- Exposure to ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
- Experience integrating with Azure or Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
