Job Title: Power Apps Developer
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building applications and workflows, along with good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Build automation workflows using Power Automate (including agentic automation)
- Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
- Work with Dataverse for data storage and management
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Follow best practices for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Required Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in Power Platform development
- Strong expertise in:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
- Power Automate (Desktop Flows & Cloud Flows)
- Dataverse
- Experience in automation using Power Platform
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and .NET (for customizations/plugins)
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow integrations
- Familiarity with Azure services
- Knowledge of ALM in Power Platform
- Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage
