Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Power Platform Tech Lead. The role involves leading the development and implementation of Power Platform-based solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to meet client needs and drive operational improvement. The Tech Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure compliance with best practices. The individual will also mentor junior team members, maintain system documentation, and troubleshoot technical challenges as needed.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Proficiency in scripting and coding skills for customization, including languages like JavaScript, PowerFx, and SQL
- Experience in data modeling, integration, and analytics for designing efficient and scalable solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Leadership abilities to mentor and guide a team, along with stakeholder management experience
- Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Preferred certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
