Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Fabric, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Design, development, and implementation of enterprise automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Strong technical leadership capabilities along with hands-on expertise in delivering scalable, secure, and integrated business solutions. Design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, and Power BI. Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL databases, APIs, and enterprise applications. Establish and promote best practices for low-code/no-code development, governance, and solution architecture. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful automation solutions. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the organization’s automation strategy and technical roadmap. Strong expertise in data modeling, connectors, APIs, and enterprise integration techniques. Experience with Python, SQL, and enterprise system integrations. Good understanding of automation frameworks, workflow optimization, and scalable solution design. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
