Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Automation & Copilot Solution Architect with strong expertise in Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power Apps to design and deliver enterprise-scale automation and AI-driven solutions.
This role is focused on hyper-automation, workflow orchestration, conversational AI, system integrations, and ALM governance, along with leading teams and driving large automation programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Solution Design
- Design end-to-end architecture for solutions built on Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Lead solution design using Dataverse, defining data models, relationships, and governance standards.
- Architect enterprise-grade automation frameworks using Power Automate cloud flows, approvals, Azure services, Azure Dev ops, and orchestration patterns.
- Design and implement Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) solutions for internal business use cases.
Security & Governance
- Define and implement security architecture including:
- Authentication & authorization (Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Dataverse security model and role-based access
- Managed identities and app registrations
- Establish governance frameworks, DLP policies, environment strategies, and ALM best practices across Power Platform.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data protection standards.
Integrations & Azure
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems, REST APIs, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure services such as:
- Azure Functions
- Logic Apps
- Service Bus
- API Management
ALM & DevOps
- Drive ALM strategy including environment management, solution layering, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
- Design monitoring, logging, error handling, and performance optimization for automation and copilots.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution optimization.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and review designs and code.
- Guide teams on best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
Required Skills
- 7+ years overall experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate (Cloud flows, approvals, integrations)
- Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
- Deep understanding of Power Platform security & governance.
- Strong experience with Dataverse architecture and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services:
- Azure Functions
- Logic Apps
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- API Management
- Experience with custom development: JavaScript, TypeScript, PCF controls, REST APIs.
- Strong experience in Power Platform ALM and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Added Advantage (Nice to Have)
- Experience with AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, Copilot extensibility.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Dynamics 365.
- Exposure to event-driven and enterprise integration patterns.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-500, AZ-204.
