Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer / Architect to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade business applications using Microsoft’s Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with an architectural mindset, enabling scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and related Azure services.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
- Design end-to-end business solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Develop solution architectures aligned with best practices, governance standards, and enterprise security policies.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third‑party APIs.
- Create technical design documents, data models, ERDs, integration flows, and solution roadmaps.
Development & Implementation
- Build custom applications using Power Apps with responsive, user-friendly UI.
- Create automated workflows, business process flows, and RPA using Power Automate.
- Implement business logic using Power Fx, JavaScript, plugins (C#), and PCF components.
- Develop dashboards and analytics using Power BI.
Governance, Security & DevOps
- Implement ALM strategies using Azure DevOps, Git, and Power Platform Pipelines.
- Enforce governance, DLP policies, solution management, and environment strategies.
- Ensure application security using AAD roles and Dataverse security.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead technical discussions, workshops, and requirement sessions.
- Guide developers and citizen developers.
- Prepare documentation, handover materials, and provide training.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience across the Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI.
- Experience with Power Pages (desirable).
- Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and REST APIs.
- Experience with security, governance, ALM, and solution lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred)
- PL‑400, PL‑600, PL‑900, AZ‑900 or AZ‑204.
