Job Title: Product Engineer
Role: Engineer
Experience: 6 to 8 years
Responsibilities:
As a Product Senior Engineer, you lead technical development initiatives, maintain quality and contribute to the product/service roadmap. By ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, with a focus on user satisfaction, collaboration, problem-solving, you play a critical role in driving the success of our product/service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L3 support within operations for provided product-related issues.
• Identify and raise security risks for provided product-related issues.
• Support and advise global services support engineers.
• Ensure quality and value regarding support of product/service including maintenance.
• Ensure assessment and testing prior implementation into production environment.
• High user satisfaction.
• Ensure relevant documentation is created and up to date, including knowledge articles in ITSM tool.
• Contribute to the development of the product/service roadmap.
• Adhere to current policy and ITIL processes.
Skill Requirements:
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI and automation (e.g., Python, Power Platform, RPA tools).
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages etc.), Azure Apps (Git, GitHub, App Insights, Azure PowerShell, Logic Apps etc)
• Designing and implementing Modern Workplace solutions using SharePoint and Office 365, following Microsoft best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms and deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, data analytics, and automation frameworks.
• Ability to support technical development.
• Excellent problem-solving for incident and Change and service Request resolution.
• Effective coordination and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to meeting SLA/OLA targets.
• Effective communication for training support staff.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Continuous learning mindset for staying updated.
