Power Plant Engineers Limited (PPEL) is looking for an experienced Head Logistics / Store to manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials for the 600 MW power plant construction project in Mmamabula. This key role involves overseeing logistics operations, ensuring material availability, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee and manage all logistics and store operations, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment. -Coordinate procurement activities and maintain proper documentation for materials management. -Supervise material handling, storage, and distribution in line with safety and quality standards. -Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and manage reordering processes. -Ensure proper utilization of resources and maintain cost-effective supply chain operations. -Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and transport providers to ensure smooth workflows. -Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and balance of materials.
