Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Hardware Developer, you will design, develop, and test hardware components, subsystems, and systems. This role involves developing, modifying, and improving existing engineering activities related to processes, systems, products, devices, components, equipment, or production. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop Hardware Components: Design, develop, and test computer chips, circuit boards, firmware, computer systems, and related equipment such as keyboards, modems, printers, storage, interconnects, and product packaging.
- Improve Engineering Activities: Modify and improve existing engineering activities related to processes, systems, products, devices, components, equipment, or production.
- Research and Architecture: Conduct research and define architecture for hardware components, subsystems, and systems.
- Lead Design Teams: Lead design teams and supervise the development, test, and manufacturing of products.
- Test and Installation: Develop, test, and supervise the installation of product manufacturing.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Hardware Development: Familiarity with designing, developing, and testing hardware components, subsystems, and systems, including computer chips, circuit boards, firmware, and computer systems.
- Experience with Engineering Processes: Knowledge of existing engineering activities related to processes, systems, products, devices, components, equipment, or production.
- Understanding of Computer Systems: Exposure to the development of computer systems and related equipment such as keyboards, modems, printers, storage, interconnects, and product packaging.
- Familiarity with Research and Architecture: Basic understanding of conducting research and defining architecture for hardware components, subsystems, and systems.
- Experience with Product Manufacturing: Exposure to the development, test, and supervision of product manufacturing and installation.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Exposure to Research Methods: Familiarity with conducting research and defining architecture for hardware components, subsystems, and systems, including the ability to apply this knowledge in a design team lead role.
- Understanding of Product Manufacturing: Exposure to the development, test, and supervision of product manufacturing and installation, including the ability to support existing engineering activities related to production.
- Familiarity with Team Leadership: Basic understanding of leading design teams and supervising the development, test, and manufacturing of products, including the ability to apply this knowledge in a collaborative environment.
