We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Warehouse Associate to support our high-volume Parts Department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing automotive parts while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming automotive parts and supplies.

Pick, pull, and stage parts for Service, Sales, and wholesale customers.

Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling, binning, and system updates.

Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventories as required.

Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.

Ensure parts are stored correctly to prevent damage or loss.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse.

Communicate inventory discrepancies or damaged parts to management promptly.

Support Parts Counter staff and Delivery Drivers as needed.

Follow all dealership safety procedures and inventory control policies.
Requirements
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts experience preferred.

Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Basic computer skills; dealership DMS experience a plus (Tekion, Reynolds, or CDK).

Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
Working Conditions:

Warehouse and parts department environment.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and use of warehouse equipment.

Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.

Standard Monday–Friday schedule; occasional overtime as needed.
