Job Title: Power BI Developer & SQL Developer
Experience: 5 - 7 Years
Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the construction industry to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design data models and ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient data visualization.
• Work with MS SQL Server BI Stack tools and technologies, including Power Query, Power BI, DAX and MS SQL Server.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across project planning, procurement, execution, and reporting functions within construction operations.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionality.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, joins, subqueries, CTEs, indexing, query optimization).
• Strong experience with Power BI Desktop & Service (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, RLS, workspaces).
• Familiarity with data lake/warehousing concepts (ETL, staging, fact/dimension tables, slowly changing dimensions).
• Experience querying data from databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and cloud sources.
• Basic understanding of data pipelines and automation (e.g., job scheduling, refresh policies)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience:
• 5 - 7 years of experience in Power BI development.
• Proven experience in creating operational dashboards, preferably for the construction industry.
• Strong expertise in SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling best practices.
• Exposure to real estate or construction industry reporting is an added advantage.
