Role Overview

RePut.ai is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Power BI Developer / Analyst to transform complex business and sustainability datasets into meaningful dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and convert business requirements into impactful reporting solutions.

 

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Build scalable data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations
• Develop KPI dashboards, drill-through/drill-down reports, and executive MIS reports
• Manage and optimize ETL workflows and data transformation processes
• Perform report optimization for performance, usability, and scalability
• Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace governance
• Work with SQL databases, Azure SQL, Synapse, APIs, and Excel integrations
• Conduct business analysis, forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business needs
• Translate raw data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making
