An organisation undergoing rapid transformation is looking for a Power BI Lead to take ownership of enterprise BI strategy and delivery. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how data is modelled, visualised, and used to drive decision-making across the business.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI
- Architect robust data models using DAX, Power Query, and best-practice design principles
- Integrate and transform data from multiple sources (SQL, Azure, APIs, cloud platforms)
- Define BI standards, governance frameworks, and visualisation best practices
- Optimise performance across data models, queries, and reporting layers
- Implement security protocols including Row-Level Security (RLS) and access controls
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful analytics solutions
- Mentor and lead BI developers, ensuring high-quality outputs and scalable practices
- Oversee Power BI Service environments, deployments, and lifecycle management
What you bring:
- 7–12 years’ experience in BI / Data Analytics
- 5+ years deep expertise in Power BI development and data modelling
- Advanced skills in DAX, Power Query, and star/snowflake schema design
- Strong SQL capabilities (complex queries, optimisation, stored procedures)
- Experience with Azure data platforms, APIs, and cloud integrations
- Solid grounding in ETL, data quality, and governance frameworks
- Proven leadership experience managing BI teams or large-scale projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
