Experience- 10+ Years
Looking for an experienced Power BI Lead (10+ years) who can lead BI delivery while also doing hands-on development. The role involves building Power BI reports, working with stakeholders, and leading an offshore BI team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Power BI development and delivery for reporting projects.
Design data models, datasets, dashboards, and reports in Power BI.
Write and optimize DAX queries and improve report performance.
Work with data engineering teams to prepare data for reporting.
Convert business requirements into dashboards and analytics solutions.
Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery governance.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reports.
Mentor and guide offshore BI developers.
Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to define KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
10+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or reporting.
Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
Good understanding of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Azure DevOps.
Ability to lead projects and communicate with stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience in Finance or Supply Chain analytics in a manufacturing environment.
Microsoft certifications such as Power BI Data Analyst or Fabric Analytics Engineer.
