About Position:
We're looking for an experienced Power BI Developer (10 to 14 years) to design and build user-friendly dashboards and insights-driven analytics reports. You'll partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex data needs into scalable, secure, and high-performance BI solutions that drive informed decision-making.

What You'll Do:
- Build user-friendly Power BI dashboards connecting to APIs, databases, SharePoint, and cloud sources.
- Write optimized DAX and Power Query transformations for high-performance analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and present insights via demos and documentation.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues, implement monitoring, and manage data refresh schedules.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), workspace access, and data governance best practices.
- Set up and maintain data gateways for locally hosted sources.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 10 to 14 years in BI/analytics with deep Power BI expertise.
- Strong data modeling skills (star, snowflake, dimensional).
- High proficiency in SQL and ETL tools (SSIS, ADF, or similar).
- Ability to interpret user stories and deliver accurate, quality outputs.
- Detail-oriented with focus on error-free delivery.
- Comfortable with large-scale, complex, evolving projects.
