About the Role
We're looking for a Power BI Developer with SQL Experience to join our team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining Power BI reports, designing data models, developing ETL pipelines, and working directly with international clients. If you enjoy solving data problems, building clean reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to turn raw data into actionable insights, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for international clients
- Design data models (star schema, snowflake) and develop ETL pipelines
- Work directly with clients to understand their data and reporting needs
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
- Create and maintain documentation including BRDs and techno-functional SOPs
Must-Have Skills
- DAX
- Power Query / M
- Data Modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake)
- SQL (Queries, Stored Procedures, Views)
- Microsoft Fabric
- Paginated Reports
- ETL and Dataflows
Good to Have
- Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Azure Data Factory
- Git / Azure DevOps

- CTC: INR 7-12 LPA (85% fixed + 15% variable)

Selection Process
To be considered, you must:
- Submit a short video introduction (3-5 minutes about yourself and your experience)
- Share a sample Power BI report (pbix or pbip files)
- Complete problem-solving tasks (shared after initial screening)
Sharing your portfolio or GitHub link is a plus and will help you stand out.
