Position: Power BI Developer (MT58ST RM 4128)

Job Description
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Power BI environment.
- Strong Technical skills in Power BI
- Responsible for end to end Dashboard Designing.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
- Develop and optimize DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs
- Perform data transformation using Power Query (M language)
- Build and manage semantic models (datasets) and ensure performance optimization
- Implement data modeling techniques (star schema, relationships, normalization where required)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards
- Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service / Fabric Workspace
- Configure row level security (RLS) and access control
- Monitor report usage and performance, and optimize accordingly
- Support data refresh schedules, troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Collaborate with data engineering teams for ETL pipelines (ADF / Fabric Pipelines)
- Strong experience in Power BI (Desktop + Service)
- Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M)
- Experience with data modeling (Star Schema preferred)
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Factory / Data Warehouse concepts
- Understanding of data governance and data quality principles
- Experience with large datasets and performance tuning
- Experience with Deneb / Vega Lite custom visuals (optional but strong advantage)
- Experience in Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
