Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with strong experience in Azure-based BI solutions and exposure to US Healthcare/Insurance/Medicare data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data models, dashboards, and end-to-end data pipelines to deliver actionable insights.

Experience:     2-4 years / 5 - 7 Years / 8-9 Years

Notice Period :  Immediate to 30 Days

Locations:      Remote (Initial 3 Months) → Hyderabad (Hybrid/WFO Mandatory)

Job Type :       Fulltime

Mandatory Skillset : Power BI, MS BI, Business Intelligence , Azure, Data lakes, US Healthcare Domain .

The day-to-day:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Build and maintain end-to-end BI pipelines using Azure services
• Ingest and integrate data from multiple sources including APIs, SQL databases, and flat files
• Work with Azure Data Lake for large-scale data storage and processing
• Perform data transformation and cleansing using Python and SQL
• Develop optimized data models (Star/Snowflake schema) for reporting
• Write complex DAX queries and measures for business logic
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports
• Work with US Healthcare data (claims, member, provider, EDI transactions if applicable)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights
• Optimize report performance and manage large datasets efficiently

Required Skillset : 

• 3–10 years of experience in Power BI / Business Intelligence
• Strong expertise in Power BI:
• Data Modeling
• DAX
• Report/Dashboard Development
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services:
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Data Lake
• Azure Synapse (good to have)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience in API integration (REST/JSON/XML)
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
• Experience with large-scale data handling and performance tuning

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or an equivalent technical discipline.
