Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in PowerBI to support business decision-making.
- Connect PowerBI to various data sources, including databases, cloud services, and APIs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions in PowerBI, leveraging Machine Learning and AI capabilities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the PowerBI user community, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective PowerBI solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the PowerBI skills of team members and end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with PowerBI development and technical implementation.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Experience with connecting PowerBI to various data sources such as SQL Server, Azure, Excel, and APIs.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI capabilities within PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both IT and business users
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or SAP Business Objects.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
