Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
· Perform data engineering tasks to integrate, transform, and prepare data for analysis.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.
· Optimize data models and DAX queries for performance and scalability.
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI assets.
· Provide training and support to end users.
· Stay current with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric advancements.
Core Competencies:
· Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and SQL Server.
· Data Visualization: Ability to create clear, interactive dashboards and reports.
· Performance Optimization: Ability to tune data models and queries for speed and scalability.
· Problem Solving: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
· Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
· Security & Governance: Understanding row-level security, workspace roles, and data compliance.
Required Qualifications:
· BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or degree in a relevant field.
· 7+ years of experience in related domain.
