Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Power BI Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions using Power BI. The developer will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create data models, perform ETL processes, and ensure accurate analytical insights. Additional responsibilities include optimizing data flows from multiple sources and maintaining best practices in data handling and visualization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing
- Strong experience creating Dashboards and Reports using Power BI
- Expertise in Analytical Skills to interpret and visualize data effectively
- Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for data integration
- Experience with visualization tools and other BI platforms like Tableau, QlikView, or Google Data Studio
- Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks such as SQL, Python, D3, and TypeScript is a plus
- Understanding of cloud platforms like Azure, DataBricks, or Snowflake
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a remote team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
