About The Opportunity
Operating in the Information Technology and Business Intelligence sector, this fast-growing team builds analytics and reporting solutions that drive decision-making for clients across fintech, retail, healthcare, and SaaS. We deliver production-grade dashboards, embedded analytics, and self-service reporting for distributed enterprise users.
Primary title (standardized): Power BI Developer
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that surface KPIs and business insights for stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data models, optimized DAX measures, and Power Query (M) transformations.
- Implement and manage datasets, incremental refresh, role-level security, and semantic models (Power BI/SSAS tabular) to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using T-SQL/SSIS/Azure Data Factory to ingest, cleanse, and transform data for reporting.
- Optimize query performance and report responsiveness through query folding, model tuning, and DAX optimization.
- Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and QA to deploy reports, document data lineage, and provide user enablement and support.

Qualifications: Proven experience delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions in production; familiarity with cloud data platforms and version-controlled deployments. Candidates should be based in India and able to work fully remote. A degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
