About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports, enabling effective data-driven decision-making across the organization.
We are seeking someone who not only possesses the required technical expertise but also thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create robust and reusable processes for data querying, transformation, and visualization.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver top-tier analytics solutions.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into meaningful visual insights.
- Integrate and combine multiple data sources such as SQL, Excel, APIs, and databases into a single reporting solution.
- Perform data transformation and data modeling using Power Query.
- Spearhead project planning and managing multiple projects along with team and stakeholders.
- Write and optimize DAX formulas and calculations.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, quality, security, and report performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver analytics and reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot dashboard/report-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support business teams by generating insights through reporting and analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation for dashboards, reports, and reporting processes.
Skills Required:
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence and data visualization tools, primarily Power BI.
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development, enhancement, and reporting.
- Good knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices.
- Expertise in creating interactive and visually appealing reports and charts using Power BI.
- Familiarity with Power BI Service, Workspace management, report deployment, and access management.
- Basic understanding of data governance, security, and report optimization techniques.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, Azure, SSRS, or other BI tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Power BI Service, and Workspace Management.
- Knowledge of cloud integration, dashboard migration, and deployment processes will be an added advantage.
- Certification in Power BI Data Analyst Associate will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Azure, SSRS, or other BI tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
