Job Overview:
Bloomfield Innovations is seeking a skilled Freelancer Power BI Developer to support reporting and analytics for its product, UniRP. The role involves developing dashboards, generating insights, and enhancing data visibility to support business operations and product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Understand product workflows and business requirements to create meaningful data visualizations
- Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP systems, SQL databases, Excel, APIs, etc.)
- Perform data transformation, cleaning, and modeling using Power Query and DAX
- Create analytical reports for management, operations, and product performance tracking
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates in reports
- Optimize dashboard performance and usability
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Management)
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI (Desktop & Service)
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Ability to translate business/product requirements into dashboards
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a freelance engagement
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with ERP or SaaS-based products
- Knowledge of product analytics and KPI tracking
- Familiarity with Azure or cloud-based data environments
Engagement Terms:
- This is a freelance role for supporting the UniRP product
- Duration and scope will depend on business and product requirements
