Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team for a client-facing engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions. The role involves building interactive dashboards, performing data modeling, and ensuring efficient data integration for business reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualization solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Integrate and process large datasets using Azure, Databricks, Spark, and PySpark.
- Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and performance tuning for Power BI reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, data governance, and reporting consistency across dashboards.
- Work closely with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data sources, dashboards, and performance.
- Support deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of BI solutions in production environments.
Required Skills- Strong experience in Power BI development, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
- Experience working with Databricks, Spark, PySpark, and large-scale data processing.
- Knowledge of Python for data processing and analytics.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience working in client-facing roles and Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with data lake architectures and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
