Job Description:
• Power BI & Semantic Modeling Expertise – Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and semantic modeling, including consuming and extending curated SDH datasets to build performant, standardized DCAM and FIRM-compliant reports.
• Business & Maintenance Process Acumen – Deep familiarity with maintenance and work order processes (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, JDE, InforEAM) and the ability to interpret operational reliability and maintenance planning needs into meaningful analytics.
• Requirements Translation & Technical Design – Proven ability to work independently, elicit and clarify business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement end-to-end solutions spanning data flow, data model, metric logic, and Power BI report design.
• Operational Delivery & Sustainment – Strong execution mindset for enterprise reporting, including data validation, issue troubleshooting, and ongoing support of enterprise dashboards through metric changes, data updates, and enhancements.
• FIRM & DCAM Domain Knowledge (Optional) – Solid understanding of FIRM 01000 and 11000 standards, DCAM maintenance metrics, and the governance, calculation, and visualization requirements for officially published FIRM metrics within CUPR.
