Senior Data Analyst (GPO)
Location: Chennai / Gurgaon
Budget: Up to 15 LPA

About The Role
We are hiring for a Senior Data Analyst role with the GPO/Business Transformation team. The role requires a strong blend of data analytics, business understanding, stakeholder management, and modern AI-enabled analytical capabilities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, generating business insights, and presenting findings to leadership stakeholders. Exposure to AI tools, Generative AI, and cloud platforms is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple business systems
- Build dashboards and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau
- Perform data modeling and ETL activities
- Generate actionable business insights for leadership and GPO stakeholders
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and solve business problems using data
- Support AI/ML and Generative AI-based analytical initiatives
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and reporting frameworks
- Present data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance standards
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI and SQL
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding
- Good understanding of ETL and data modeling
- Exposure to AI tools / Generative AI use cases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to convert business problems into data-driven insights
Preferred Background
- Experience in business transformation, analytics consulting, or GPO environments preferred
- Candidates who have presented business insights to leadership teams will be preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
