We are looking for 11-15 years of a hands-on Power BI Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable high performance BI solutions This role is primarily an individual contributor position with expectations to guide and mentor the team when needed The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with stakeholder engagement to drive data driven decision making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end Power BI solutions including data modeling report development and deployment
- Design scalable semantic models and datasets aligned with business requirements and performance best practices
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI with strong focus on usability and storytelling
- Write and optimize complex DAX and SQL queries for performance and scalability
- Define and enforce Power BI governance standards workspace management RLS naming conventions deployment pipelines
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects to ensure seamless integration with Snowflake and cloud platforms AWS Azure
Required Skills
- 10 to15 years of experience in BI Data Analytics
- 5 years of strong hands-on experience in Power BI development architecture
- Deep expertise in Power BI Desktop Service Gateway
- Data modeling Star Snowflake schema
- DAX optimization and performance tuning
