At Sourcing Connect Consulting LLP, we are hiring 2 experienced Business Analysts with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (Process & Task Mining) to support a global transformation engagement.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Power Automate (Task Mining) Business Analyst. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. Daily tasks include conducting detailed data analysis, creating documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and mapping out workflows and business requirements. The Business Analyst participates in facilitating workshops, presenting insights, and supporting user testing and training.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Capture and analyse desktop task data using Power Automate Task Mining
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, elimination, and redesign
- Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and business impact
- Support effort estimation and benefit sizing
- Collaborate with automation labs / CoE teams for solutioning and pricing inputs
- Develop implementation roadmaps and transformation plans
- Document SOPs, process flows, and recommendations
- Present insights and recommendations to business and executive stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in process improvement / transformation
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Process Mining / Task Mining)
- Experience capturing and analysing desktop-level workflow data
- Strong expertise in process discovery and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, PowerPoint, Miro, etc.)
- Experience identifying automation opportunities (RPA / workflow automation)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify effort, savings, and benefits
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Automation)
- Ability to develop roadmaps and high-level effort/cost estimates
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
