Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Power Automate Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cloud and desktop flows, API integration, SQL, and distributed RPA concepts.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
1. Bot Development & Automation Best Practices
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows (Power Automate Desktop/PAD), and Scheduled Flows.
- Strong understanding of automation best practices and bot development.
- Experience with Error Handling, Excel Automation, Loops, Conditions, Expressions, and Retry Mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows for reliability and performance.
2. API Integration, SQL & Version Control
- Experience with API integration and connecting Power Automate with external applications/services.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database integration.
- Understanding of Version Control practices for automation development.
3. Multi-Bot / Distributed RPA
- Understanding of Multi-Bot / Distributed RPA environments.
- Hands-on or working knowledge of Queues and Dataverse.
- Ability to design automation workflows that support scalable bot execution.
4. Programming / Scripting
- Basic programming and scripting knowledge.
- Ability to understand and implement scripts to support automation requirements.
