We're looking for
Power Apps Developers!
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- Troubleshoot customer issues via calls, chat, email, and screensharing
- Resolve application and platform-related technical problems
- Work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment (APAC, EMEA, Americas cycles)
- Support global customers with timely issue resolution
- Follow support processes and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue resolution
- Maintain documentation of issues and solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to be a team player
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
