Roles and Responsibilities:- Should be able to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)
- Strong hands-on experience in building complex Power Apps with rich, responsive UI/UX
- Extensive experience working with Dataverse including tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and security roles
- Should be proficient in integrating external systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and standard connectors
- Should be able to identify business requirements including data sources, integrations, business rules, validations, and data models
- Experience in handling Power Fx formulas, collections, variables, and advanced app logic
- Should be able to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Power Apps for performance and usability
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, governance, and security best practices
Candidate Expectations:- 4–6 years of overall experience, with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform
- Proven experience in developing complex Power Apps connected to Dataverse and multiple APIs
- Strong understanding of Dataverse data modeling, relationships, and performance considerations
- Experience in consuming REST APIs (OAuth, JSON payloads, error handling) within Power Apps
- Experience working in enterprise environments with governance, security, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end app delivery
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business, UX, and technical teams across geographies
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in agile teams
- Experience with version control, solution packaging, and deployment strategies
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new Power Platform features and best practices
