Bingo Inventory Clerk (PT)

Do you want to work behind the scenes and join a team that started it all for Potawatomi Casino Hotel? As a Bingo Inventory Clerk, you will act as the Bingo Paymaster for our guests and provide Bingo product to fellow Bingo staff.

Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Bingo Inventory Clerk:

1. Maintain security of bankroll, inventory, and related transactions.
2. Maintain accurate records.
3. Resolve any variance errors.
4. Prepare, distribute, and document bankroll and inventory items to team members.
5. Receive, count, verify, and record bankroll and inventory items from team members.
6. Prepare and record bank deposits.
7. Complete all Title 31 and tax process paperwork.
8. Exchange currency with team members.
9. Perform duties as a Bingo Paymaster.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. 1 year of cash handling experience.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Ability to use basic math skills.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

1. Large volume cash handing experience.
2. Customer service experience.
