Postura Ergonomics is a SaaS startup based in Milan. We use AI technology to help manufacturing companies easily evaluate ergonomic risks at their workstations through simple smartphone videos. Company Stage

We are a seed-stage company that launched our product on the market one year ago. Since then, we have closed over 10 contracts with some of the largest European manufacturing companies in Italy. With over €600K in funding secured, we are now expanding beyond the Italian market and entering a new phase of growth.

We’ve recently grown our core team to 9 people (soon to be 10!) and are right in the middle of an exciting scaling journey. We’re looking for someone who can support us in this growth—helping us structure, organize, and push forward as we expand our reach.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Founder Associate Intern to join Postura Ergonomics and work side-by-side with our founding team to shape the next chapter of our startup. This is an extracurricular internship, but we see this role as a mini co-founder experience: you’ll gain a 360° view of what it means to build and scale a B2B SaaS company, from strategy to execution.

You’ll act as a key support for the founding team, helping us stay organized and focused while contributing to projects that matter. We’re looking for someone curious, structured, and eager to learn how a startup really works from the inside.

What you’ll do

• Sales & Market Shaping: Support sales and go-to-market activities by conducting market research, analyzing competitors, prospecting new leads, and creating commercial proposals, presentations, and post-demo materials.
• CEO Support – Fundraising & Grants: Assist the CEO in preparing materials for fundraising (e.g., grants like Smart & Start), building investor documentation, and supporting strategic discussions.
• People & Team Operations: Work closely with our Head of People to support a growing team (we’ve just become 9, and with you 10!). You’ll help keep internal processes under control, manage team initiatives, and coordinate activities like travel planning, events, and team logistics.
• Finance & Controlling: Support in tracking costs, preparing budgets, managing documentation for grants and investors, and keeping financial processes clear and organized.

• Join meetings where we shape product and business strategy.
• Be part of brainstorming sessions on how to scale Postura internationally.
• Help prepare investor conversations and materials.

Requirements

We’re looking for a motivated and curious business-minded intern with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or related fields (or equivalent experience in similar roles or projects).
• Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Interest or basic understanding of finance and budgeting, with a willingness to learn about cost tracking, reporting, and grant documentation.
• Bonus points for previous experience in a startup, entrepreneurial projects, or roles involving business development or operations.
