Location: We are full-remote and globally distributed! Our current team is distributed between GMT-8 and GMT+2 so we currently only hire in these timezones.
Interview process: 3 stages across 2-3 weeks:
30min call with Coua (Talent Partner)
30min with Tim (CTO) plus 1hr technical interview with an engineer
PostHog SuperDay (paid day of work)
Team: All engineering teams are hiring.
Manager: TBC - depends on team.

Qualifications
Full-stack experience with relevant technologies (Python or similar, React or similar, something to do with big data is a bonus)
Experience starting a project from scratch, leading a project, being a founder, or building an impressive side project
Strong communication skills
Ability to document everything, most of it publicly
Fast mover with a strong bias for impact and willingness to step on toes
Requirements
Nice to have: Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company
Extensive experience with Django and/or TypeScript-based React
